Contexto: «Day of Be-With-Us»

Only in the end shalt thou give up thy sap when the great God F.I.A.T. is enthroned on the day of Be-with-Us.

Liber Capricorni Pneumatici, verso 6.

Em seu “The Secret Doctrine”, Helena Blavatsky apresenta alguns “stanzas” de um suposto texto denominado “Book of Dzyan”.

No quinto “stanza”, parágrafo 6, lê-se:

THE LIPIKA CIRCUMSCRIBE THE TRIANGLE, THE FIRST ONE, THE CUBE, THE SECOND ONE, AND THE PENTACLE WITHIN THE EGG. IT IS THE RING CALLED “PASS NOT” FOR THOSE WHO DESCEND AND ASCEND. ALSO FOR THOSE WHO DURING THE KALPA ARE PROGRESSING TOWARDS THE GREAT DAY “BE WITH US.” THUS WERE FORMED THE RUPA AND THE ARUPA: FROM ONE LIGHT SEVEN LIGHTS; FROM EACH OF THE SEVEN, SEVEN TIMES SEVEN LIGHTS. THE WHEELS WATCH THE RING….

Helena Blavatsky, “The Secret Doctrine”, stanza V, parágrafo 6.

No sexto “stanza”, parágrafo 2, lê-se:

THE SWIFT AND RADIANT ONE PROUCES THE SEVEN LAYA CENTRES, AGAINST WHICH NONE WILL PREVAIL TO THE GREAT DAY “BE-WITH-US,” AND SEATS THE UNIVERSE ON THESE ETERNAL FOUNDATIONS SURROUNDING TSIEN-TCHAN WITH THE ELEMENTARY GERMS.

ibid., stanza VI, parágrafo 2.

No sétimo “stanza”, parágrafo 7, lê-se:

THIS IS THY PRESENT WHEEL, SAID THE FLAME TO THE SPARK. THOU ART MYSELF, MY IMAGE, AND MY SHADOW. I HAVE CLOTHED MYSELF IN THEE, AND THOU ART MY VAHAN TO THE DAY, “BE WITH US,” WHEN THOU SHALT RE-BECOME MYSELF AND OTHERS, THYSELF AND ME. THEN THE BUILDERS, HAVING DONNED THEIR FIRST CLOTHING, DESCEND ON RADIANT EARTH AND REIGN OVER MEN — WHO ARE THEMSELVES….

The “Great Day of BE-WITH-US,” then, is an expression the only merit of which lies in its literal translation. Its significance is not so easily revealed to a public, unacquainted with the mystic tenets of Occultism, or rather of Esoteric Wisdom or “Buddhism.” It is an expression peculiar to the latter, and as hazy for the profane as that of the Egyptians who called the same the “Day of COME-TO-US,”* which is identical with the former, though the verb “be” in this sense, might be still better replaced with either of the two words “Remain” or “Rest-with-us,” as it refers to that long period of REST which is called Paranirvana.

ibid., p. 130.

(Chap. xvii, p. 61) The Sun here stands for the Logos (or Christos, or Horus) as central Essence synthetically, ans as a diffused esssence of radiated Entities, different in substance, but not in essence. As expressed by the Bhagavadgita lecturer, “it must no be supposed that the Logos is but a single centre of energy manifested from Parabrahmam; there are innumerable other centres … and their number is almost infinite in the bosom of Parabrahamam.” Hence the expressions, “The Day of Come to us” and “The Day of Be with us,” etc.

Paul Pierret, “Le livre des morts”, primeira edição, Ernest Leroux, Paris, 1882.

Hail to you, lords of truth, Council around Osiris, who inspire terror in sinners, Attendants of Hip.s-hw.s. Behold, I am come unto you that ye may do away with all the evil that adheres to me, just as ye did for these 7 blessed ones who were in the Retinue of the lord (of nomes), whose seats Anubis prepared on that day called Come Thou Thence.

Thomas George Allen (trad.), “The Book of the Dead”, capítulo 17, seção 13, p. 29, in “Studies in Ancient Oriental Civilization”, Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago, n. 37

Compare:

And behold! if by stealth thou keep unto thyself one thought of thine, then shalt thou be cast out into the abyss for ever; and thou shalt be the lonely one, the eater of dung, the afflicted in the Day of Be-with-Us.

Liber Vallum Abiegni, verso 12
